Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship all orders within Australia via tracked standard post or express post.
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
Express shipping: 1–3 business days
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Pure Skin by AP is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
We do not currently ship internationally.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind on skincare products. This is for hygiene and safety reasons, and in accordance with our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [amanda's email]. Include your order number and a photo of the item.
We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion, depending on stock availability.
Opened or Used Products
We are unable to accept returns on opened or used products unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
